Application fees are $100 per person(s) aged 18 and older. Security Deposit would be equal to 1x or 1.5x the monthly rent depending on your application screening results. We will also collect your first month’s rent which will be pro-rated depending on what day of the month you are moving in. If after the 25th, we will require the following month’s rent to be paid prior to move-in as well.

During screening, we will be looking into income, credit, rental history and background. We will collect your proof of income covering the most recent 2 months. Your household’s gross monthly rent needs to be equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. Photo ID and social security card are required to process the screening as well.

We allow 2 pets per home. Pet rent is $35 per animal per month and we will charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 upon move-in. Pets should not exceed 70lbs each. Breed restrictions include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Bull Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Mixed Breeds containing any of the breeds listed above.

Yes, each tenant will set up and pay for all utilities including Gas, Electric, Water and Sewer (County and Local).

Yes! Please let your leasing consultant know if you are employed by any of the following organizations in order to receive $500 off your first month’s rent! You will be required to upload your most recent paystubs upon your application for verification.

Comcast/Cognizant, Verizon, Campbell Soup Company, Cooper Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, Virtua Health Systems, Penn Medicine, Lockheed Martin, Rowan University and all its affiliates, South Jersey Gas, Johnson Matthey, Aramark, South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA).
